Return and refund Policy:

Damaged & Not Working Products (Faulty)
We will now cater the complaints landed within 30 days of delivery without any rebuttal.
Resolution :
1. If Cst Complaints within 7 Days :
If Cst Files a complaint within 7 days then we will bear the cost of reverse pick up but first the product will be picked up from the customer and will be checked in our warehouse for its intact condition and then will be replaced.
2. If Cst Complaints After 7 Days :
If Cst Files a complaint after 7 days then Customer will bear the cost of reverse pick up (i.e. 20 AED) and rest process will be the same.

Customer Satisfaction Issue:
1. If That’s a Cosmetic Product :
In case of Customer Satisfaction, if the product is unsealed/used/tested, we will not cater that complaint and apologize to the customer.
